Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in Munster, Indiana, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join a growing, physician-led group practice.

You will evaluate and treat adults with acute and chronic pain, perform interventional procedures, and collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and rehab specialists in a high-tech hospital setting with AI-enabled EPIC EHR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty pathway).
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days).
• Strong proficiency in interventional pain modalities, comprehensive patient assessment, and multidisciplinary care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adults with acute and chronic pain.
• Perform interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure suite settings.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, and PCPs.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and health system guidelines on controlled substances and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.
