Job summary

Your Talent Team in Munster, IN is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join a physician-led group with a modern EPIC EHR and AI-enabled documentation. The role offers a blend of interventional care and multidisciplinary collaboration in a supportive environment near Chicago.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty pathway).
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible within 90–120 days).
• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Proficiency in interventional pain modalities and multidisciplinary care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adults with acute and chronic pain.
• Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure suites.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, and primary care physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state guidelines regarding controlled substances and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.
