Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.
• Strong proficiency in interventional pain modalities and multidisciplinary care planning.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with acute and chronic pain.
• Perform interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure suite settings.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and rehab teams.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-assisted documentation.
• Ensure compliance with controlled substance guidelines and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement.
