Under the Director's supervision, you ensure front office operations run smoothly, assist as a department resource, and coordinate with physicians, staff, and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of Medical Office experience required; includes clerical, computer experience and medical terminology.
• Strong communication with medical staff and patients.
• Detail oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mail correspondence to providers and monitor patient messages.
• Schedule procedures and testing with anesthesia and coordinate with front office.
• Assist with billing, chart preparation and office computer issues.
• Address patient concerns and ensure schedules run smoothly.
• Coordinate with physicians, staff and vendors as needed.
