Job summary

Arizona Pain in Phoenix is seeking a Provider (NP or PA) to join our pain management clinic. You will conduct patient consultations, manage a patient caseload, and contribute to comprehensive pain relief strategies including injections, rehab, and exercise instruction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adaptability within a multi-disciplinary setting. Candidates must hold active Arizona NP or PA licensure and ACLS/BLS/PALS as required, with travel to Gilbert and Chandler

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arizona.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications as required by clinical duties.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform pain-relief injections as trained.
• Collaborate with Medical/Clinical Directors to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage patient caseload and provide ongoing care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, rehab, and prevention.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
