Job summary

Arizona Pain is seeking a skilled and compassionate Provider to join our pain management clinic. You will be responsible for patient consultations, attracting and retaining new patients, and providing ongoing care through relief-based injections, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction.

The ideal candidate holds an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona, with ACLS/BLS/PALS as required, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to travel to

Qualifications

• Must hold active AZ Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS as required based on clinical duties.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Perform pain-relief injections (training provided).
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and team for high-quality care.
• Manage a patient caseload and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
