Job summary

Healthcare United seeks a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join an established, physician-led outpatient practice in the Phoenix East Valley. The NP will deliver comprehensive outpatient care for acute and chronic pain, collaborating with Pain Management physicians and staff.

The position requires NP certification, DEA/CDS eligibility, and strong clinical assessment skills. Outpatient Monday–Friday schedule, with a performance bonus opportunity and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate NP program from an accredited institution.
• National board certification applicable to NP practice.
• Active DEA and CDS licenses or eligibility to obtain.
• Previous Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
• Pain Management, Neurology, Spine Care, Orthopedics, or related outpatient specialty experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians regarding interventional pain procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Conduct evaluations, review imaging, diagnose and manage pain conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe therapies within scope.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians on interventional pain management procedures and regenerative therapies.
