Job summary

Healthcare United in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician for a permanent, full-time role at two West Valley locations. The incoming physician will join an established practice with a strong referral network, high clinic and procedural volume, dedicated NP, PA, MA, and procedural support.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R.
• Active or eligible Arizona medical license.
• Strong experience performing interventional pain procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach to care.
• Expected first-year earnings of $700,000+.
• Uncapped productivity-based incentives.
• Established patient base and strong referral network.
• Dedicated NP, PA, MA, and procedural support.
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call.
• 100% outpatient with no hospital rounding.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care.
• Perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections.
• Perform facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablation.
• Perform large and small joint injections and spinal cord stimulator procedures.
• Provide other appropriate minimally invasive pain treatments.
• Collaborate with APPs and the procedural support team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
