Job summary

Healthcare United is seeking a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient pain management practice in Arizona’s Phoenix East Valley.

The NP will provide comprehensive outpatient care for acute and chronic pain, collaborate with Pain Management physicians and staff, perform evaluations, review imaging, diagnose and develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications within scope. Interventional therapies exposure offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate NP program and national certification required.
• Active DEA and CDS licenses or eligibility to obtain.
• Previous NP experience preferred in pain management/outpatient settings.
• Experience in Pain Management, Neurology, Spine or related outpatient care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians on interventional procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pain management care.
• Perform patient evaluations and physical examinations.
• Review imaging, diagnose and manage pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescriptions within scope.
• Collaborate with physicians on interventional procedures and regenerative therapies.
