Job summary

HealthOp Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management team in Glendale, AZ. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain, working closely with physicians on comprehensive treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of pain management experience, enjoy long-term patient relationships, and be comfortable with both consultations and follow-up visits in a modern outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Eligible for Arizona licensure if relocating.
• DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum one year of pain management experience.
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patient consultations
• Conduct follow-up visits for established patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage chronic and acute pain conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing when appropriate
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Educate patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and expectations
• Coordinate care with referring providers and specialists
• Document patient encounters using eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Collaborate with physicians regarding procedural planning and patient management
