Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Basic computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Position may require a minimum height of 60 inches to operate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Take time to connect with donors, explaining how their donation helps.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure collected blood meets goals and safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at sites.
