Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as in-home or center-based ABA therapists. We offer paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and flexible hours to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
