Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking an in-home or clinic-based Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work with children on the autism spectrum. You will deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings and help children develop essential skills.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to commute to multiple locations, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Proficient English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must have valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations; travel up to 25%.
