Job summary

RF Technologies is seeking an Entry-Level Field Technician to support low-voltage installations in West Virginia. No prior experience required; we provide paid training and all necessary equipment.

This temporary role may convert to a full-time position after 2-3 months based on business need and performance, with opportunities for long-term growth. You will visit customers for installation and basic service, document work, communicate clearly, and build skills through hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic hand and power tools.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs safely.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Possess a valid driver''s license.
• Prepared to complete required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for product and system installations.
• Assist with basic problem diagnosis, analysis, repair, and issue resolution for customer systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Field Service Technicians, the Regional Service Manager, or other appropriate resources.
• Maintain clear communication with customers before, during, and after service engagements.
• Accurately complete, submit, and archive required service documentation in a timely manner.
• Support basic user application training on proper use of RF Technologies safety, security, and asset location products.
• Must be willing and able to travel moderately within the assigned area to support customer installations and service needs.
