RF Technologies, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Field Technician to support low-voltage system installations in West Virginia. No prior experience required; you will receive comprehensive paid training and the equipment needed to perform the job.

You will visit customers, assist with installation and basic service, document work, and build skills through hands-on practice. The role may convert to full-time after 2-3 months based on performance.

Qualifications

• Basic hand and power tools familiarity.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel moderately to support installations.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and basic service for RF Technologies products.
• Maintain clear communication with customers before, during, and after service engagements.
• Accurately complete and file service documentation in a timely manner.
• Support training and product knowledge through hands-on practice.
• Travel to customer sites within the assigned area as needed.
