Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant (Client Advisor). No automotive sales experience needed; paid training on-site.

You’ll start with a guaranteed monthly base salary of $4,000 plus performance-based bonuses and a new Mazda vehicle allowance, helping you build a long-term career at one of the area's fastest-growing dealerships. You’ll deliver a transparent, pressure-free buying experience, build relationships from inquiry to delivery, respond to leads

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, transparent, and pressure-free vehicle buying experience
• Build relationships with customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery
• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries promptly
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective customers
• Make 45+ outbound follow-up calls daily
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Prepare vehicles and appointments before customers arrive
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
• Keep current on Mazda products, technology, and competitive vehicles
• Help maintain a clean, organized showroom and lot while providing outstanding hospitality
