Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant (Paid Training). You’ll start with a $4,000 monthly base salary plus bonuses, and you’ll receive on-site training to launch a sales career with one of the area’s fastest-growing dealerships.

No automotive experience is required—our program teaches you the product, the process, and the customer-first approach in a transparent, pressure-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, transparent, and pressure-free vehicle buying experience.
• Build relationships with customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery.
• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective customers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
• Prepare vehicles and appointments before customers arrive.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
