As a trainee you'll learn every aspect of the sales process, build relationships, demonstrate Mazda vehicles, and guide customers from initial conversation to delivery.

• Learn every aspect of the automotive sales process alongside an experienced team.
• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
• Learn Mazda vehicles, features, and technology.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right vehicle.
• Develop communication and negotiation skills.
• Work with customers from initial conversation through delivery.
• Learn the fundamentals of automotive sales and finance.
• Follow proven sales processes and dealership systems.
• Work as part of a team to achieve individual and company goals.
