Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant (Paid Training). You’ll start with a $4,000 monthly base salary plus bonuses, and you’ll receive on-site training to launch a sales career with one of the area’s fastest-growing dealerships.

No automotive experience is required—our program teaches you the product, the process, and the customer-first approach in a transparent, pressure-free environment.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
• Prepare vehicles and appointments before customers arrive.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a professional, transparent, and pressure-free vehicle buying experience
• Build relationships with customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery

• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective customers
• Make 45+ outbound follow-up calls dailyConduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Prepare vehicles and appointments before customers arrive
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
• Keep current on Mazda products, technology, and competitive vehicles
• Help maintain a clean, organized showroom and lot while providing outstanding hospitality

• Maintain a 95%+ Customer Satisfaction score.
• High conversion of internet and phone leads
• Completion of all Mazda certification and training requirements
• Strong performance in customer satisfaction and value-added product offerings
