Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Develop strong communication and negotiation skills
• Work with customers from initial conversation through delivery
• Follow proven sales processes and dealership systems
• Work as part of a team to achieve goals
