Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree and must be enrolled when applying.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Effective interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.

• Some positions require U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• IT equipment deployment, setup, and secure hardware wipes.
• Active Directory clean-up and access provisioning.
• Room AV upgrades and Cisco/Crestron equipment installation.
• Hardware lifecycle management including ordering, receiving, disposal, and CMDB updates.
• CI/CD pipeline support and IaC development for observability tools.
