Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Tempe, AZ is offering a Summer 2027 Intern – Warehouse Operations Management role. You will split time between hands-on training in the warehouse and project work, guided by a mentor, with exposure to multiple operations areas.

The program runs June 7 – August 13, 2027, full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in-person at the Tempe facility. Completion may lead to future leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in their junior year with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Demonstrated analytical and project management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation & Sales projects.
• Lead or assist cross-functional projects with mentorship from professionals.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand operations opportunities.
