Job summary

Enterprise's Summer Sales Management Internship gives rising seniors real-world leadership experience while earning $18.00 per hour. Based in Southern Delaware, the program operates from Dover, Rehoboth, and Seaford offices, with a team-based environment to learn fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategy.

Applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program, graduating by May 2028, and available to start during orientation on 5/26/2027 or 6/2/2027, then work 35–40 hours weekly

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Must be able to start in orientation classes on Wednesday, 5/26/2027 or Monday, 6/2/2027 and work through Friday 8/13/2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, leadership, or sports leadership & competition.
• Must be able to work at least 35-40 hours per week throughout the summer internship.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be living in Southern Delaware for the duration of the internship.
