Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Sales Management Internship for college students in Southern Delaware (Dover, Rehoboth, Seaford). You will work 20–25 hours per week during Spring 2027, earning $18.00 per hour as you gain leadership and business skills.

From day one, interns tackle real challenges alongside full-time colleagues and receive mentorship in a team-based environment. Eligible students are graduating Spring 2027 and residing in Southern Delaware.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in Spring 2027.
• Must be able to start on Monday, January 4, 2027 and work through Friday, March 26, 2027.
• Must be able to attend a mandatory training day on Monday, January 4, 2027 and Thursday, January 7, 2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, leadership, or related areas.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and be able to work at least 20 hours per week for the 12-week internship.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Must be living in Southern Delaware for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Join a Sales Management Internship Program with day-to-day variability and opportunities.
• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, care for customers, and build relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in performance incentives and referrals.
