Job summary

Enterprise's Summer Sales Management Internship invites rising seniors to gain real-world business and leadership experience. This paid internship runs 35-40 hours per week in Montgomery or Chester County, with orientation in late May 2027 and completion by August 2027.

Interns will work in a team-based environment, learn to run a fleet of vehicles, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Must be able to start in orientation classes on Wednesday, 5/26/2027 or Monday, 6/2/2027 and work through Friday 8/13/2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, leadership, or related activities.
• Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week during the internship.
• Must have a current and valid drivers license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living in Montgomery or Chester County for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Join our Sales Management Internship Program and develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
