Job summary

Enterprise is seeking rising seniors for its Summer Sales Management Trainee Internship in Chester and Delaware County. The full-time program runs 35–40 hours per week with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and starts in May–June 2027, graduating by May 2028.

You'll rotate through sales leadership duties, learn fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy, and compete in friendly terms while gaining real-world leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Must be able to start in one of our orientation classes on dates in 2027 and work through 2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, leadership, or related areas.
• Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week during the summer internship.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live in Chester or Delaware County for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and serve customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Potential for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
