Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Cedar Rapids, IA invites nursing students to join the Summer 2027 Student Nurse Internship. This 10-week hourly paid program runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible hours between 24 and 40 hours per week.

Customizable internship tracks include Home Care, Hospice, Pediatrics, Infusion, and Care at Home. Successful completion may lead to a Nurse Residency Program with a year-long full-time RN commitment at UnityPoint at Home.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited ADN, BSN or Accelerated Nursing program
• GPA 2.5 on a 4.0 scale required
• AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Provider and mandatory reporter certification
• Interns must be enrolled in a nursing course during the internship
