UnityPoint Health in Sioux City offers a Summer 2027 Student Nurse Internship. This 10-week hourly paid program runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 24–40 hours per week and flexible hours. Custom tracks are available across Home Care, Hospice, Pediatrics, Infusion, and Care at Home.

You will work with experienced clinicians to build skills and professional relationships, with a potential transition to a Nurse Residency Program after completion.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in ADN, BSN or accelerated nursing program.
• Fourth year BSN or final two terms of ADN required.
• Interns must be enrolled in a one-credit nursing course during internship.

Responsabilités

• Build strong professional relationships with clinical team members.
• Gain confidence in performing technical skills.
• Develop clinical judgment skills and priority setting.
• Gain valuable experience to help prepare for a future position with UnityPoint Health after graduation.
