Applicants must reside in the Kansas City metro area for the duration of the internship and be pursuing an IT-related degree. No sponsorship is offered; interns will gain exposure to real projects and collaborate with colleagues across teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in an IT-related field (e.g., CS/IT/Info Sys).
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.
• General IT concepts such as networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity basics.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support IT team members with day-to-day operations, projects, and technical initiatives.
• Contribute to current IT projects and departmental goals.
• Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and resolving technical issues.
• Help develop, document, and improve processes, tools, and templates.
• Conduct research and data collection on technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation related to assigned projects.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and status updates.
• Collaborate with team members to plan, communicate, and execute project work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
