Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation related to assigned projects.

This is a Paid Internship Program. Americo will be hosting our annual summer IT internship program! Our office is located at the heart of Kansas City in Downtown KCMO. Our 10-week IT Internship program will allow you to gain hands‑on experience in the workplace and increase industry knowledge. You will work on special projects, shadow experienced team members, and interact with people from all levels of the company.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support IT team members with day-to-day operations, projects, and technical initiatives
• Contribute to current IT projects and departmental goals
• Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and resolving technical issues
• Help develop, document, and improve processes, tools, and templates
• Conduct research and data collection on technologies, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in an IT-related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
