Qualifications

• College student pursuing a degree with a Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced insurance brokerage environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real business priorities and projects in a collaborative team.
• Engage with sales and service teams to understand client needs across the U.S.
• Assist in policy administration, data management, renewals, and endorsements.
• Support market research on U.S. insurance markets and trends.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to grow skills.
