Job summary

Excellus BCBS offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful governance, analytics, and data projects, are mentored by managers, and attend development workshops to bridge school and corporate life.

Interns may explore technical or non-technical tracks, with up to 40 hours per week. Housing is not provided; strong communication and data skills are encouraged, and confidentiality is required throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Majors in Business, IT, Math, Data Science or similar programs.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document processes.
• Must be in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise governance initiatives with program operations, data analysis, reporting, documentation, stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Corporate Code of Conduct.
