Job summary

Excellus Health Plan Inc. is offering a 10-week Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns will be mentored by managers, work on meaningful projects, and attend development workshops focused on core business concepts.

The program spans June to August with a maximum of 40 hours per week and may involve both technical and non-technical tracks. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• High school diploma with ongoing college enrollment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support mentoring and work on key strategic projects.
• Deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Contribute to HR Compliance, AI Compliance, or HR Process Improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with a mentor and other teams as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member privacy per policy.
• Attend development workshops and participate in team activities.
