Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team oriented with ability to establish good working relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist broker support for direct pay Medicare; attend broker events and ship supplies.
• Work with mentor on key strategic projects and complete tasks based on business needs.
• Deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member privacy.
• Regular attendance and ability to travel as needed within the service region.
