Job summary

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program with good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Balance and release various check runs and perform root cause analysis for delays.
• Assist with Workday check run processes and handle lockbox payments end-to-end.
• Enter, research, apply and return provider refunds; conduct daily cash forecast reviews.
• Research customer complaints and support key strategic projects with a mentor.
• Prepare presentations at internship completion and maintain confidentiality.
