Job summary

Excellus offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by managers. Tracks include Business Administration, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics & Data, and more.

The program runs June through August, with up to 40 hours per week, and housing is not provided. Interns gain real-world experience and contribute to workshops and resources for our Commercial Customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Wellbeing Team to enhance resources for Commercial Customers, including groups, brokers and members.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Complete work assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Perform a mix of technical and non-technical tasks across business-related projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
