Job summary

Excellus Health Plan Inc. is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week. Interns can work within various tracks across business, IT, analytics, and more.

The Research Insights intern will conduct primary research, develop surveys, analyze data, and prepare reports. You will work with a mentor, contribute to operational improvements and customer experience, and present at program end.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing Public Health, Psychology, Business Analytics or similar.
• Experience with survey design, data analysis and reporting is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with mentors and teams.
• Must be enrolled full-time and in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research projects to improve health plan performance.
• Develop and field surveys, analyze data, and report findings.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors on key projects.
• Deliver presentations at internship conclusion and share recommendations.
