Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns will work up to 40 hours per week from June to August, participate in development workshops, and be mentored by managers across diverse tracks including Information Technology, Analytics, and Project Management.

Interns gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills in records management, information governance,

Qualifications

• Desire majors include Information Systems, Information Science, Business, Cybersecurity, Data Management, MLIS, IT/Computing Sciences, Math & Data Science.
• High school diploma with continuous college enrollment; good academics.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise Records and Information Management initiatives and retention policies across SharePoint sites.
• Assist with IER content ingestion, governance, and program oversight.
• Help with file migration, training materials, and project metrics.
• Create team communications and document procedures.
• Deliver presentations at internship completion.
