Job summary

Excellus BlueCross BlueShield's Summer College Internship Program offers a 10-week paid opportunity for undergrad and grad students. Interns engage in meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and attend development workshops across business and technical tracks.

Locations vary; program includes workshops on key business concepts and exposure to multiple tracks such as Business Admin, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics & Data, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Clinical Studies, Customer

Qualifications

• Preferred majors include Business, Management, Sales or related programs.
• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment.
• Good written and verbal communication, able to interact with diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist broker support for direct pay Medicare and attend broker events.
• Ship broker supplies and manage related tasks in office when needed.
• Work with a mentor on key strategic projects and complete tasks as assigned.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
