L’Oréal USA Summer Internship Program is a paid, 11-week experience integrated into a brand marketing team where you'll own real day-to-day responsibilities and pitch a strategic project to senior leadership.

You will work across areas such as Brand Strategy, Content & Creative, Influencer partnerships, Data Analytics, and Campaign Execution, with a mentor and housing assistance where eligible; this is a great entry point into the beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Ambitious students enrolled in a 4-year college or university.
• Expected to graduate December 2027–July 2028.
• No prior industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day brand responsibilities from insights to campaign execution.
• Lead your own strategic project and present to senior leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, Operations and Sales.
• Build business acumen by working with brand managers in the beauty industry.
