Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by their managers while developing throughout the summer.

Interns can explore tracks in Business Administration, IT, Analytics & Data, Finance, Marketing, and more. The program runs from June to August, is paid, and housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with proof of continuous college enrollment (full‑time undergraduate or graduate degree).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with broker support for direct pay Medicare and attend broker events.
• Support mentor and contribute to key strategic projects.
• Complete tasks based on business needs and priorities; deliver quality work.
