Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with branch-level operations and customer support.
• Help create and maintain FAQ documents and user guides.
• Support the Technology team by troubleshooting end-user issues.
• Contribute to marketing project tasks including copywriting and digital updates.
• Support HR processes such as candidate screening and onboarding.
• Assist with accounting and finance-related transactions.
