Job summary

U.S. Bank offers a 10-week paid Business Banking Internship designed to accelerate learning and develop core sales and credit skills for aspiring business bankers. The program includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and a community of peers and advisors to support your growth.

You will work on client relationship prospecting, hands-on banking projects, and exposure to senior executives, with offerings to potentially convert to a full-time rotational role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar majors with a target graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Basic understanding of banking terms, concepts, and applications through relevant coursework or projects in cost and managerial accounting, business finance, and advanced financial management (financial analysis for decision making), or micro & macro economics.

Responsibilities

• Learn to actively prospect new client relationships and deepen existing relationships through a consultative approach.
• Get hands‑on experience working on business banking projects that impact the business.
• Develop technical and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives.
• Build a supportive community of peers through cohort activities and development workshops.
• Give back to the communities where we live and work.
