• Open to all majors; business analytics, computer science, math/statistics, or related major preferred.
• Undergraduate or graduate student with expected graduation between December 2027 and May/June 2029.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week for 10 weeks onsite, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to basic HR functions and data analytics projects.
• Support research, administrative tasks and meetings.
• Gain insights through HR data and analytics initiatives.
