Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12-week summer program offering hands-on experience in our retail stores, with exposure to management, sales, store operations, and meaningful customer experiences. You will travel with a Sales Representative and work with the management team on a structured project.

Interns gain practical knowledge in customer service, sales support, merchandising, CRM, and business management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in college/university during the internship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers by recommending items that meet their needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of store merchandise to answer inquiries.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store operations.
• Help unload deliveries and organize stockrooms.
• Participate in required training sessions and adhere to store policies.
• Support team members in resolving customer concerns and completing tasks.
• Collaborate with interns on a team project addressing a real business challenge.
