We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Paid Social Strategist to join our team! If you have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization, this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in paid social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social platforms.
• Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting tools.
• Strong copywriting and creative skills to develop high-performing ads.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
