What You Will Be Doing
- Develop innovative solutions to position ICF as a cutting-edge source for media strategies
- Perform tasks delegated by planning leads for media accounts across various industry verticals related to energy efficiency
- Create and present strategic integrated media plans based on analytics and data
- Support planning leads by monitoring campaigns to meet client goals and stay within budget
- Maintain campaign documents including insertion orders, flowcharts, and budget summaries
- Show up-to-date knowledge of online and offline paid media channels: Display, Digital Video/Audio, Social, Search, Print, Broadcast, Outdoor, etc.
- Analyze results and budgets regularly
- Develop and present internal and client-facing reports and deliverables
- Research and identify vendors to build partnerships and obtain best pricing
- Educate account teams and clients on best practices and emerging technologies
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or paid media solutions within an advertising agency or client-side environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for media and digital advertising
- Ability to manage complex processes in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Experience with third-party media partners and programmatic media buying
- Experience configuring and reporting with Google Analytics
- Knowledge of current media trends and innovations
- Understanding of cross-channel media
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
Professional Skills
- Ability to collaborate creatively within an integrated environment
- Understanding of marketing and media planning principles
- Ability to work independently and in teams with good time management
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with media planning/buying software and analytics tools

Pay range varies based on experience, skills, location, and other factors. The full-time range is $55,388 - $94,160.
