Continental Automotive Group is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to support and optimize digital advertising for multiple clients. This full-time Austin, TX role manages paid social campaigns, oversees SEM vendor performance, analyzes Google Ads and site data, and supports ongoing SEO efforts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in paid social, proficiency with Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter/TikTok ads, GA4, and Google Analytics. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing paid social campaigns, agency or multi-client experience.
• Proven experience with Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok ads.
• Strong understanding of GA4, audience targeting and advertising tools.
• Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
• Oversee SEM vendor performance, strategy, budgets, and results.
• Analyze Google Ads performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor website analytics, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Support website SEO including content, keywords, metadata, and on-page optimization.
• Identify digital performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Align campaigns and website initiatives with dealership goals and marketing strategy.
