Job summary

Continental Automotive Group in Austin is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to support and optimize the company’s digital advertising and online presence. You will manage paid social campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with teams to align with dealership goals.

This role requires 2+ years of campaign management, proficiency with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and GA4, and a data-driven mindset. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, ideally in an agency setting or for multiple clients.
• Proven experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, GA4, audience targeting, and advertising tools.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
• Oversee SEM vendor performance, strategy, budgets, and campaign results.
• Analyze Google Ads performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor website analytics, traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
• Support website SEO, including content, keywords, metadata, and on-page optimization.
• Identify digital performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure digital campaigns and website initiatives align with dealership goals and marketing strategy.
