Omnicom Media is seeking a driven Paid Social & Search expert to lead a team of Associates and Sr. Associates. You will mentor staff, ensure quality output, and guide day-to-day operations to achieve client KPIs.

Develop and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other major platforms, coordinating with creatives and budgets. You will translate senior client goals into tactical media strategies, communicating impact clearly as the primary client contact.

Formación

• Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media.
• Strong working understanding of the Paid Social & Search platforms including Facebook Ad Manager, X Ads, Google Ads.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple enterprise accounts and diverse budgets.
• Ability to translate client goals into paid media strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• KINESSO does not require a college degree.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee search & social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads).
• Lead Paid Social & Search Associates and Sr. Associates, including mentorship and career development.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns and coordinate assets with creative agencies and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate paid social into multi-channel strategies.
• Analyze data, provide insights, and recommend optimization using third-party measurement tools.
• Support creatives with data-driven recommendations aligned to the brief.
• Maximize client goals and KPIs, maintaining campaigns for ongoing performance.
• Brainstorm new ideas and opportunities with partners; test beta features.
• Familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and platform integrations.
